Hiya! I’m Annie – a virtual assistant, creative consultant, & hype-woman. I’m here to make running your small business more fun, seamless, and strategic, so you can have more time back & make more $$$.

Services

  • This covers everything from inbox organization and email correspondence, ad hoc research, responding to customer service inquiries in the voice of the owner or business, problem-solving client issues, website updates, and beyond. Truer to an “assistant” approach. Coming from a background in executive assisting, I embody time management, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • This is where things get strategic – this includes creating a cadence where we get together and discuss the current state of your business, where you want it to be, and how to get you there. We identify current issues, potential solutions, all while keeping the vision for your business top of mind so we progress in alignment with your goals.

  • Whether you need assistance in curating your brand’s “voice” or need someone to grasp onto the tone you’ve already implemented, I love the process of learning or developing a brand’s voice and emanating that into all I write. I have written copy for email campaigns, monthly newsletters, website booking and FAQ pages, social media, podcasts, and more.

  • Photo editing, email marketing flows, content calendars, graphic creation, branding guidance, setting up opt-in forms, with new skills always in the works.

My “Why”

When I was little, I used to tape one of each kind of my Halloween candy to a board, price it, and sell it to my (many) brothers. I loved collecting coins from couch cushions and on the streets so I could buy 99¢ ice cream at the corner store with my dad. When my family received marketing mail asking for help with cancer research fundraising, I dutifully addressed the materials to each of my neighbors to collect donations. I sent handwritten letters to my elementary school friends after I moved away, full of updates, silly inside jokes, and of course… stickers. I’ve always had an innate passion for business, crafting communication, and a heart for helping others.

Over the years, I have naturally gravitated towards entrepreneurial friends, contacts, & online accounts to follow on social media. Something about female empowerment and women-run teams lights up my soul like nothing else! I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of freelance teams where I was a Virtual Assistant, Copywriter, and & Creative Consultant, which made me realize I am utterly & completely passionate about helping women-founded small businesses reach their ultimate potential.
